Accentuate the POSITIVE, eliminate the negative!

Updated: Sep 28, 2021

Take a moment to reflect on your life.

Don’t rush, just pause for reflection time.

Ask yourself:

Are you excited and enthused about your LIFE?

Are you pleased with your current position?

Have you improved upon yesterday’s performance?

Do you have a plan for tomorrow’s growth and development?

If you answered “no” to any of the above questions, then it’s time for you to eliminate the negative.

Make a list:

Why aren’t you excited and enthused about your LIFE?

Why aren’t you pleased with your current position?

Why haven’t you improved upon yesterday’s performance?

Why don’t you have a plan of action for tomorrow?

Be realistic. Be specific. Be done.

Upon completion, glance of over the list (for the last time) – then bury the list (physically and mentally). Out with the negative, in with the positive.

Adopt the slogan: “Shed more, share more…I’ll feel better more.”

As you accentuate the positive, envision yourself as:

A victor, not a victim

A champion, not a chump-ion

A winner, not a whiner

A deal maker, not a deal breaker

A link, not a kink

A talent, not a taunter

Examine (your life) from a holistic approach – spiritual, personal, professional, familial, communal and educational.

Make a list:

What would make you most excited and enthused about your LIFE?

What can you do to accentuate your current position?

What can you do to avoid “doing what you always did – to get what you always got”?

What does your new plan of action for tomorrow entail?

Post your list and keep it within daily eye view.

Seek to birth the positive - bury the negative.

Accentuate the POSITIVE, eliminate the negative.
